The Bible:  We believe the Bible (the Word of God) is perfect, infallible, and true.

 

     Psalm 119:160  

     Thy Word is true from the beginning and every one of thy righteous judgements endureth for ever.

     Psalm 19:7

     The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple.  

​

     2 Timothy 3:16

     All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.

Father:  We believe in God the Father, creator of all things!

​

     Matthew 23:9

     And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.

     Ephesians 4:6

     One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

​

     Revelation 1:8

     I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

Son:  We believe in Jesus Christ, the one and only son of God born of a virgin named Mary.

     Luke 1:30-31 & 34-35

     And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and      bring forth a son, and shalt call his name Jesus...He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest… Then said Mary                unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man? And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come      upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be        called the Son of God.

Holy Spirit: We believe in the Holy Spirit, spent by God the Father through Jesus Christ His Son to lead us in our every day lives.

     John 14:26

     But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things      to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

Salvation:  We believe Salvation is available to all and is only available through Jesus Christ, God’s Son, who suffered death on the cross to redeem all from their sins.

     John 3:16-17

     For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have                  everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

     John 14:6

     Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

​

Baptism: We believe in water baptism as a public proclamation of your new life with Christ.  Baptism symbolizes death to your old sinful life and a new life in Jesus Christ. 

​

     Romans 6:4

     Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father,        even so we also should walk in newness of life.

 

     Matthew 28:19

     Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.
